online yoga & meditation membership

My Membership platform is for anyone interested in bringing more mindfulness into their daily life. I offer 4 live classes a week with members on zoom and provide the recorded version that you can access on your own.

I founded the Simply Grounded Yoga and Meditation community in the midst of the pandemic. Along with others, I was seeking comfort and community in a time of isolation, fear, and anxiety. I joined online meditation and yoga courses and found the virtual connection comforting. After a few months, I decided to channel my meditation and yoga leadership skills into building my own online membership community.

The Simply Grounded Online Membership began with a few week long meditation courses and blossomed into the positive, supportive network it is today. What started as a method to manage the unknown and ongoing stress of lockdown has evolved into a membership community with four live weekly meditation and yoga classes (also available as recorded version), opportunities to join together in person for Simply Grounded events, and member rates for my healing modality offerings.

My cat, Hermione, often vies for my attention during online meditation sessions. I welcome the opportunity to maintain my focus. Challenge accepted!

Annie offers public weekly yoga classes at Abide Yoga on Larchmere in Cleveland, Ohio, and at Lotus Flower on Lee Rd. in Cleveland Heights.
