Willing to Release…
That’s the best part, just being willing, allows for the opening to release.
This retreat will focus on aligning with Fall energy and how we can harvest the nourishment, shed the excess, and let go of what we don’t need to carry anymore to feel more free.
Sounds pretty good, right?
The energy of Fall allows for this to happen naturally.
Lean into the practices of energy work, yoga, mediation, journaling and light trail walking in nature to soothe your soul. Join us and connect with other women on a similar path.
We are looking forward to being with you.
Willing to Release will be offered on a sliding scale. Please pay the price that works for you.

Access the rich energy that winter offers. Align with this by giving yourself permission to soften into rest. Replenish your reserves. Sink into the energy of stillness and allow your intuition to surface.
Winter is an amazing time of year energetically where the energy is powerful to help you replenish. You can nourish yourself and build your energy ‘stores’ for the seasons to come. It is a time of drawing within, dreaming new ideas, space for listening to your inner voice. Steep yourself into this energy and allow the hearth of your heart to be tended.

A Women’s Retreat Nourishing the Earth Elements in You
Grounded Roots Retreat hosted by Beth Lynch & Annie Siegel
In savoring the space we invite you to tune into your essence and gather nourishment from the Earth. This retreat offers time to connect, nurturing your own well being with movement, rest, and space. Find freedom and inspiration in committing to yourself.
September is the time of the Autumn Equinox, the transitional period between summer and fall, where there is equal balance between dark and light. This seasonal occurrence offers the opportunity to journey inward, to pause, reflect, and restore balance in your own life.
We’ll start each day with guided meditation, breathwork, and integrated energy and yoga practices to cultivate balance, grounding, and self-compassion. Our evening practices will fuse Restorative yoga and energy practices to downregulate the nervous system and guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest. In between classes there will be ample time to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this property where you can reflect, rest or play 🙂
This time between the seasons is represented by the Earth Element in Chinese Medicine. As we explore the inner workings of the Earth Element, which has the Archetype of ‘Peacemaker’ we can learn to unwind from old patterns and stories that weigh us down or hold us back. As women, we are constantly fixing, caretaking, and supporting others.
On this retreat there will be space for you to release your roles and responsibilities (even just for a weekend) and reconnect to yourself. Immersing yourself in Nature invites space for you to ‘just be’, which fosters perspective, clear thinking and access to your intuition. Together, using yoga, meditation and energy practices we can work with the Earth energy and align with this rhythm to restore flow in our own well-being. Balancing your energetic body impacts physical and emotional health and mental clarity, allowing your true nature and gifts to shine.
Come as you are. Bring a friend if you’d like, share a room or have your own space. This venue offers a variety of options for you to retreat in a way that nourishes your individual desires. Enjoy the restoration and expansion of Yoga and Energy Medicine. Unwind the unspoken tangles in the body, have space to breathe. Explore the grounds, play on the water, indulge in a nap, enjoy good food (that you don’t have to prepare!), and settle into being nourished, connected, and inspired with us. Return home recharged and refreshed!
