Annie and her platform of simply grounded has changed my relationship with my body and mind. Yoga is no longer about the poses I can’t do but the ones that I can or want to accomplish . With Annie’s guidance I have learned to have a mind-body balance that supports my soul, physically and mentally . Yoga and meditation have become an integral part of my self-care.
Annie’s approach to yoga and meditation brings a grounding, rhythm and balance to my life that I am so grateful for. I am more awake and present to every aspect of my life - which is a gift.
Annie has given me the opportunity to begin a practice of mindfulness and provides variety in her offerings, including insights she learns from her favorite books & authors which helps me want to learn more on how to be present and more mindful.
