Simply Grounded has partnered with Beth Lynch of Roots and Wings Energy to offer renewal based, women only retreats.

Together, Beth and I provide an immersive yoga, meditation, and energy medicine focused retreat experience. In addition, talented chef, Heather Campbell of Intentional Eats creates healthy, inspired, vegetarian seasonal meals for us to enjoy throughout our time together.

As of June 2023, we have hosted two, 3-day retreats on the beautiful Canandaigua Lake in NY state.

Located on the easternmost part of the Finger Lakes Region, the peaceful and pleasing locale provided a respite from our daily lives and time to reflect. Future locations are TBD but will include an environment just as peaceful.

Our women-only gatherings are a safe, accepting, and nourishing space that will expand your understanding of energetic rhythms and learn methods to invite more ease into your daily life.

• Multiple mindfulness activities (journaling, meditation, guided imagery)

• Strengthening and relaxing yoga sessions (slow flow vinyasa, nidra, restorative)

• Stimulating energy focused learning sessions (includes movement activities)

• Delicious, vegetarian, and healthy meals

• Immersion in nature

• Quiet, independent time

• Multiple, fun gathering opportunities

As women, we don’t often offer ourselves special time to focus on, well, ourselves! We think this needs to be a priority for women. 

We tend, mend, mother, work overtime, and… We could all use a little respite to recenter and simply breathe easy for a few days.
